Ideal clients would be someone dealing with issues such as trauma, self esteem, or anything they would be initially hesitant to open up about. Clients DO NOT have to be an artist, have experience with photography, or have to own a 'fancy' camera in order to benefit from PhotoTherapy. It is less about the act of taking the photo, and much more about the conversation that comes about after discussing memories, thoughts, feelings, judgments, etc, that a photo may elicit.
